Bear Beach Walks is operated by Photography by Bryan.
Bear Beach Walks provides beach guides, articles and membership access to streaming 4K and interactive 360 beach-walk videos through bear-beach-walks.com.
For the purposes of UK data-protection law, Photography by Bryan is the data controller for personal information collected directly through Bear Beach Walks.

Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Bear Beach Walks.
When you create an account or purchase a membership, we may receive your chosen account name, email address, membership type, order and transaction information, membership status and information needed to administer your account.
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your email, message or support request.
If you leave a comment, WordPress may collect the information entered in the comment form together with technical information such as your IP address and browser information for security and spam prevention.

Where you purchase a membership, much of the processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Depending on the PayPal transaction, the merchant may be identified as Photography by Bryan, the UK sole-trader business through which Bear Beach Walks is operated.
PayPal processes information under its own privacy arrangements.
SureCart and membership administration
Bear Beach Walks uses SureCart to manage checkout, orders, membership information and associated account functions.
SureCart therefore processes information required to create and administer orders and memberships.
Transactional and membership-related emails may be delivered by SureCart from notifications@surecart.com under the sender name Bear Beach Walker, with replies directed to hello@bear-beach-walks.com.
These messages may include purchase confirmations, membership information and other communications needed to operate your Bear Beach Walks account.
Video streaming
Member videos are streamed using Vimeo.
When you play an embedded video, Vimeo may process technical and usage information necessary to deliver the video, maintain security and operate its service.
The information processed by Vimeo is subject to Vimeo’s own privacy practices.
Bear Beach Walks does not provide public access to members’ individual viewing information.
Analytics and search performance
